Twin Paths for business
Twin Paths LLC builds software that runs the day-to-day work and marketing of small businesses and creators. Our apps work in the systems a business already uses: its email, calendar, files, and its Facebook, Instagram and ad accounts.
Brokerage Actions
Our product for real estate offices. It reads the signed paperwork for each listing and sale, prepares the file, deadlines and reminders for a person to review, and carries the approved steps into the office's transaction platform, email and calendar.
Offices can also connect their Facebook Page, Instagram account and ad account. Brokerage Actions then shows how each listing's posts and ads are doing (views, reach, clicks and spend), so the office can report results to its home sellers, and helps staff prepare listing posts and ad changes. A person on the office's team reviews and approves every post and ad change before anything is published.

Lucy and Ezart
Our apps for people and creators: Lucy, a companion to talk with and reflect, and Ezart, a studio for creative work. People will be able to sign in to both with Facebook and share what they make to their own Facebook and Instagram accounts.
How we handle connected accounts
- A business connects its own accounts and chooses which ones we can use.
- We use that data only to provide our service to that business.
- Nothing is posted or changed without a person approving it first.
- We never sell the data or share it with other clients.
- A business can disconnect at any time, and can ask us to delete what we hold by emailing privacy@twinpaths.org.
